The ASP® Poly DF Police Duty Flashlight is law-enforcement grade but is also perfect as an everyday carry flashlight. Its Cree XPG2 LED blub emits 420 lumens of light that can reach up to 656 feet (200 meters). It can also be operated in two light modes; low 15 lumens and high 420 lumens. On top of that, it has a 3-position twist selector that allows you to choose how the on-off switch operates. It can be set to intermittent, which means the light shines on when you hold the button down, or constant-on, which means when the switch is pressed on the light will stay on. Lastly, there is a lock option that prevents it from powering on at all. Power for this light is provided by one included 18650 rechargeable battery that provides constant-on light for 122 hours on low and 4 hours on high. The battery is recharged in the flashlight via the built-in USB port and included cable. Additionally, it is made of a durable polymer exterior with a mated aluminum internal frame making it impact-resistant up to drops of 6.6 feet (2 meters). There is also a foamed vinyl grip for no-slip grip, even in rain. Furthermore, an O-ring seal makes it water resistant as well. Lastly, it comes with a pocket clip that is removable and adjustable for handsfree carrying options.
