1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.
- Certain items may be non-returnable due to health, hygiene, or custom manufacturing reasons (this will be clearly stated on the product page).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
- Securely pack the item and include proof of purchase.
- Ship the product to the return address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
