Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable due to health, hygiene, or custom manufacturing reasons (this will be clearly stated on the product page).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
  3. Securely pack the item and include proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the product to the return address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card provider.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange at no additional cost.
